Terms of Trade Agreement
The use of the SwimEars New Zealand website is governed by the following policies. Placement of your order indicates you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST of 15%. Products sold to customers living outside of New Zealand may incur duties and taxes. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and these charge are not included in your order total.
Order Acceptance Policy
SwimEars.co.nz does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers or other customers who intend to resell.
All stock listed on the SwimEars New Zealand website is available for immediate dispatch. However in the unlikely event that our stock levels are not accurate and we are unable to supply immediately we will contact you to advise a delivery date or to organise a refund.
Credit Card payments are through Shopify Payments, providing the highest level of security.
Direct Payment via online banking is also available.
Once an order has been made it can't be cancelled or altered. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us Here or on 03 477 3965
All ear plugs and spare parts come with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. If your plugs break within this time due to normal use, we’ll replace what is broken (If you purchased your SwimEars from somewhere other than this website, reach out to your point of purchase and they will support you). After the warranty runs out spare parts can be purchased Here.
Returns and Refunds
SwimEars New Zealand is committed to risk free buying so we have a 7 day no questions asked returns policy on all items sold on this website. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provided the item and its packaging are in the original condition including all ticketing and labelling we will exchange or refund.
You are responsible for the freight charge to return items and we recommend you send these well packaged via registered post as we are not responsible for lost or damaged in transit. Once we have received your return it will be inspected and processed within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. We will ship an exchange to you free of charge and refunds will be issued to the same credit card as the items were originally charged to.
